Chris Brown is beyond Busy these days however had time to stop by and be a buddy. In New York City, Brown spent time bringing in early Halloween cheer and decorating pumpkins. With Best Buddies which is an organization for the intellectually and physically disabled. Chris Brown spent the afternoon with them and took pictures and just simply had fun.
